The TRA has defined the Quality of Service KPI’s to assure the high level of Quality of Service delivered to the consumer by monitoring KPI’s of the licensed operators.
The TRA will publish these KPI’s reported by the licensed operators regularly with the purpose to keep consumer informed and to assist them to make the choice of Service Provider.
In its efforts to provide the wider ICT sector with easy and timely access to services and authorizations, the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority has completed the automation of most of its services directed at the general public and the ICT market. This online portal includes all of TRA’s online systems that provide full registration and authorization services.
